Class Schedule

Except for MA in Professional Educational Psychology and Master of Education in Teaching in Key Subject Areas (National Excellent Teacher Training Initiative), there are two terms per academic year. Term 1 is from September to December, and Term 2 is from January to April. Some programmes may offer summer courses in July and August. Except summer courses, classes are usually offered in weekday evenings and in Saturday mornings.

For MA in Professional Educational Psychology, there are three terms per academic year. Term 1 is from September to December, Term 2 is from January to April, and Term 3 is from May to June. For core courses, classes are usually offered in weekday daytime. For elective courses, classes are usually offered in weekday evenings and/or in Saturday mornings. Some elective courses might be offered as summer courses.

For Master of Education in Teaching in Key Subject Areas (National Excellent Teacher Training Initiative), classes in the first year will be conducted in CUHK. There are two terms per academic year. Term 1 is from September to December, and Term 2 is from January to April. Classes are usually offered in weekday evenings and in Saturday mornings. Classes in the second year will be conducted in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen). There are two terms per academic year. Term 1 is from September to December, and Term 2 is from January to May. Class schedule will be on weekdays.
