The Doctoral and Master’s Degrees Graduation Ceremony 2022-2023 of the Faculty of Education will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, 11 November 2023 at the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall.

Due to limited capacity of the hall, graduates will be arranged to attend the ceremony in person at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall, while the graduates’ guests will be invited to view a live webcast of the ceremony at Lee Shau Kee Building.
Sir Run Run Shaw Hall for Graduates (Map) Please take your seat at the graduates seating area according to the remark on the seat 30 minutes before your respective ceremony begins.
Lee Shau Kee Building for Guests (Map) All guests are requested to be seated 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. (For guests with mobility impairment, please refer to here for more details.) |

Registration |
All graduates will receive a Notice to Master’s and Doctoral Degrees Graduates in early September for the arrangements. Upon receiving the Notice, graduates can log in to the Online Registration System to register on or before 13 October 2023 (Unregistered graduates will be considered as NOT joining the ceremonies). E-ticket (QR code) will be sent to graduates and guests respectively by email in early November 2023. They are requested to present the e-tickets (QR code) for admission on the day. Please contact Faculty of Education at 3943-6203 or email to hdedu.event@cuhk.edu.hk if you do not receive the e-ticket(s) by 7 November 2023. |

Transport Arrangement |
A shuttle bus service between the University MTR Station, the ceremonial grounds and live webcasting venues will run from 8:00am to 6:30pm. Please take University MTR Station Exit A with directional signage to the buses. Due to limited parking space on campus, please avoid driving to the University. A rehabilitation bus service will also be available in the car park near Exit A of the University MTR Station for persons in need. Please make an advance reservation for the rehabilitation bus service or call the Transport Office at 3943-7992 between 08:45 and 17:30 upon arrival at the University to arrange transportation. |
